Braydens Automations ("Braydens Automations," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website braydensautomations.com (the "Site") and provides automation services, software, and related systems (collectively, the "Services"). We only access the data reasonably required to operate the systems we are engaged to build and maintain.
3. Google user data
Where the Services connect to Google services through Google APIs, the following applies in addition to the rest of this Privacy Policy.
Access. We access Google user data only after you or our client grants permission through Google's standard authorization (OAuth) process. We request access only to the specific scopes and data needed for the agreed automation.
Use. We use Google user data solely to provide and operate the Services requested, such as reading, organizing, sending, syncing, or routing information between systems on the user's or client's behalf. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Storage. Any Google user data we store is retained only as long as needed to provide the Services and is protected with reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Where data only needs to move between systems, we process it in transit and do not retain it beyond what is necessary to complete the task.
Sharing. We do not sell Google user data. We share it only with the limited service providers strictly necessary to operate the Services, or where required by law. Humans do not read Google user data unless we have your consent, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), it is required to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
Limited Use. Braydens Automations's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access. You or our client may revoke our access to Google data at any time through the Google account security settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by contacting us using the details in Section 14.
